Eacos Working Quarter Horses
Grahame & I aim to breed working horses that are suitable for the whole family. Honest and reliable horses that with the right training won't shy away from hard work and will have the natural ability to work cattle and excel in any discipline. As we have young children and are keen to watch all kids enjoy their time riding, competing and horsing around, breeding horses that are quiet, competitive and versatile is important to us.
This year, our two year olds are by KRS Masterpiece a Quarter Horse bred Paint (Beggar Bingo b/lines), liver chestnut stallion, MP is a competitive drafter with an unbelievable temperament. Keep an eye on their progress on our For Sale page.
In December 2008, we obtained Little Lena Peppy, from Yelta Lodge, previously at Mildura. We are very happy with him and look forward to seeing his progeny grow and compete.
We have a limited number of mares here at Old Turee but hope to soon find a suitable property in the Coolah district to purchase or lease, as we would love to run a few more. We have been impressed with the type of his foals and we look forward to working with them as youngsters.
